Privacy Policy

Tendory is designed to keep your home maintenance records under your control. Your home items, service history, reminders, photos, documents, warranty details, costs, and reports live on your Apple devices and, when enabled, in your private iCloud account.

No Tendory account

Tendory does not require a Tendory web account or login. Quiet Tools does not operate a Tendory web dashboard for your home records.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device, Tendory may use Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync your records privately across devices signed into the same Apple Account. Sync is personal to your Apple Account. Tendory does not provide team sharing, employee sharing, or collaboration features.

Data collection

Quiet Tools does not sell your Tendory data and does not use your Tendory records for advertising. We do not collect your home maintenance records on our own servers.

Apple services

Purchases, subscriptions, family sharing behavior, iCloud, crash diagnostics, and app analytics may be handled by Apple according to your device settings and Apple’s policies.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve the app.
